A.
The issuance or renewal of a driver's license shall be subject to the payment of a
fee by the licensee in accordance with the schedule set forth in the annual budget.
B.
The issuance of an instruction permit or any renewal thereof shall be subject to the
payment of a fee by the licensee in the amount set forth in the annual budget.
C.
The issuance of a duplicate instruction permit or driver's license shall be subject
to the payment of a fee by the licensee in the amount set forth in the annual budget.
D.
The reinstatement of a suspended or revoked current or expired driver's license or
instruction permit shall be subject to the payment of a fee by the licensee in the
amount set forth in the annual budget.
