Riding with a personal care attendant on ADA paratransit

Persons accompanying an ADA eligible individual shall be provided service as follows:
1.
An ADA eligible individual may be accompanied by a personal care attendant.
2.
If the ADA eligible individual is traveling with a personal care attendant, one companion
may accompany the ADA eligible individual in addition to the personal care attendant.
The companion and/or personal care attendant shall have the same origin and destination
as the ADA eligible individual.
3.
The companion may be provided service if space is available on the ADA paratransit
service vehicle carrying the ADA eligible individual and transportation of the companion
will not result in denial of service to other ADA eligible individuals.
