Driveway and curb permits

A.
Application for a permit to construct, reconstruct, or repair a driveway, or to cut
or lower any curb, shall be on forms furnished by the director.
B.
The director shall issue a permit within seven days upon determination that the application
is in compliance with this chapter.
C.
For driveways on state controlled rights-of-way, the applicant shall apply at the
state highway office for a driveway permit.
D.
The applicant shall notify the land use and codes administration at least twenty-four
hours prior to commencing any work to schedule inspections.
