A. Prior to actual construction, the permit holder shall confer with the director to check work to be done at the site which will eliminate any possible misunderstanding due to job condition. B. The permit holder shall then notify the director of the time the actual construction will begin in order that inspection can be made during construction. C. Upon completion of the work authorized under any permit, the permit holder shall forthwith return to the director said permit which shall show the completion date of the work authorized therein. The director, upon receipt of such notice of completion, shall inspect such driveway and if the same conforms to the requirements prescribed in this article, shall indicate his approval thereof. D. The director shall keep a complete record of all applications made, of permits issued, and of approval given to complete work. (Prior code § 21-7.12)
