Building plans with driveways must be checked by engineering

All plans submitted to the division of building for approval, which include or involve
any driveway, shall be referred by the division of buildings to the division of engineering
for approval as to such driveway and driveway permit prior to issuance of a building
permit. However, such approval shall not in any way be construed to eliminate the
necessity of obtaining a driveway permit and construction in accordance with this
chapter.
