A.
All driveways shall be paved in accordance with this chapter and shall be in place
complete as outlined in sections 12.08.100 and 12.08.120 .
B.
The owner shall be responsible for the maintenance of the shoulder area within the
county road right-of-way on all existing unpaved driveways, all in accordance with
the county standards on file in the office of the director. If the owner fails to
maintain the shoulder area within the county road right-of-way in front and adjacent
to his unpaved driveway, the director shall notify the owner, and if the owner fails
to make the necessary repairs within twenty days from the date of such notice, he
shall be penalized as provided in section 12.08.200 .
