Repairing or rebuilding driveways and curbs

A.
When a driveway or a curb which had been required in order to limit the opening of
the driveway is in need of repair or in need of partial or full reconstruction, the
director shall give written notice thereof to the owner and shall order the owner
to repair or reconstruct the driveway.
B.
It shall be the responsibility of the owner to apply within twenty days from the date
of such notice for a written permit to repair or reconstruct the driveway.
C.
If the owner fails to apply for a permit within twenty days or if the owner, after
having obtained a permit, shall fail to repair or reconstruct the driveway before
the expiration of such permit, the owner shall be penalized as provided in section
12.08.200 .
