Anyone who breaks any rule in this chapter commits a misdemeanor. If found guilty, they can be fined up to $100. Each day the violation continues after conviction counts as a new offense.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $100. The continuance of any such violation after conviction shall be deemed a new offense for each day of such continuance. (Prior code § 21-7.20)
