A.
The director of parks and recreation shall be responsible for overseeing and coordinating
the planting and maintenance of all trees and landscaping in public parks.
B.
Any person may plant a tree within any park or recreational facility of the County
with the permission of the director of parks and recreation consistent with the landscape
planting plan's recommendations relating to planting methods, irrigation, and types
of trees.
C.
The department of parks and recreation shall perform all general maintenance on park
trees.
