This rule says you cannot drive a motor vehicle on any county beach unless you are carrying people or supplies for picnicking, fishing, camping, or swimming. Driving back and forth or racing on the beach is treated as breaking this rule.

No person shall drive any motor vehicle upon any beach of the County except to transport persons or supplies for picnicking, fishing, camping, or swimming. Driving a motor vehicle back and forth or aimlessly racing on a beach shall be considered a prima facie violation of this chapter. (Prior code § 22-20.2)
