New buildings must get street numbers

If you build a new building or move one to a new location, you must apply for and put up its street number within 10 days after the work is done. The number must follow the same rules as existing buildings.

Owners of buildings hereafter erected or moved to new locations which, if existing at the time of the enactment hereof, would be required to be numbered under the provisions of section 12.32.010 shall, within ten days after completion of the construction or moving thereof, apply for and install or place numbers applicable thereto in the manner provided for the numbering of existing buildings.
