The building located at 3355 Baldwin Avenue, Makawao, Hawaii, on the grounds of the
Makawao Veterans Cemetery, shall be referred to as the Kaoru Moto Memorial Pavilion
and a plaque denoting the accomplishments of Kaoru Moto shall be placed thereon.
