Neighborhood Watch Signs: Director's Powers

A.
In consultation with neighborhood watch programs and the department of police, the
director shall establish the number and location of all neighborhood watch signs.
The director may:
1.
Design, construct, and place on county property signs indicating that the area is
protected by a neighborhood watch;
2.
Grant or deny a request for the placement of neighborhood watch signs;
3.
Remove neighborhood watch signs after termination of a neighborhood watch program.
