A.
Permits issued pursuant to this article shall have a duration of up to one year pursuant
to standards in administrative rules, and shall expire automatically, without notice
to the permit holder, on the date specified on the permit.
B.
The director may suspend or revoke any permit issued pursuant to this article if the
permit holder has violated any rule, ordinance, or statute related to the commercial
ocean recreational activity.
