A.
All plots must have markers. Only flat bronze markers and bronze vases set into the
ground shall be allowed. The size, shape, design, and wording of the markers and vases
shall be subject to the approval of the director; provided, that this section shall
not prohibit the continued use of authorized headstones and vases currently erected
and installed in any veterans' cemetery.
B.
No plants shall be planted at the plots and no curbing shall be placed around the
plots.
C.
Cut flowers and plants in other than bronze set-in vases will be allowed only on state
and federal holidays. Containers and contents shall be removed within seven calendar
days after the holiday.
D.
The county shall not be responsible for furnishing any service for deceased veterans
who are interred in cemeteries other than the veterans' cemeteries.
