This section defines the crime of abusing a public access. You commit this offense if you use a public access for business or for any non-recreational purpose. It is a narrow rule about how public access areas can be used.

A person commits the offense of abuse of a public access if the person: A. Engages in commercial activity within or upon a public access; or B. Uses a public access for other than recreational activity. (Ord. 1915 § 1 (part), 1990)
