This section sets the penalty for breaking any rule in this chapter. If you are convicted, you can be fined up to $500. Each day the violation continues counts as a separate new violation.

Any person who violates this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $500. The continuance of any such violation shall be deemed a new violation for each day of such violation. (Ord. 1915 § 1 (part), 1990)
