A copy, taken August 21, 2026. The version published by Maui County is the one that governs, and it may have changed since. Check it before relying on anything here.
The council passed the plan by Ordinance No. 1948, and any update of the plan pursuant
to section 14.02.040 of this chapter, or amendment of the plan, pursuant to section 14.02.050 of this chapter, shall be deemed part of the plan and shall be incorporated into
this chapter by reference.
