Temporary water meter charges and fees

The meter service charge for all temporary meters shall be equal to the charge for
a three-inch meter as set forth in the annual budget. In addition, there shall be
an installation and conservation charge for all temporary meters. The installation
charge shall be based on the cost of installation as determined by the department.
The conservation charge shall be one and a half times the general water service rate
as set forth in the annual budget.
