MCC §14.12.040
Written verification of long-term, reliable water supply
Read the official text at library.municode.com ↗Before a subdivision can be approved, the county must confirm in writing that there is a long-term, reliable water supply—either through a county water meter or an approved engineering report. This confirmation does not guarantee that a private water system will keep working.
