Wastewater discharge permits last two years and cannot be transferred

A wastewater discharge permit is good for two years and has an expiration date. It cannot be given or sold to someone else. The permit fee is set in the County's annual budget.

A wastewater discharge permit shall be valid for a two-year period, shall indicate an expiration date, and shall not be transferred. Wastewater discharge permits shall expire at eleven fifty-nine p.m. on the specified date. The wastewater discharge permit fee shall be established in the annual budget of the County.
