There shall be a building wastewater permit for all nonresidential service connections.
A permit application shall be supplemented by any plans, specifications, or other
information requested by the director. A permit fee, in accordance with the amounts
set forth in the annual budget or the County, shall be paid at the time the application
is filed. Every building wastewater permit issued shall expire and become void if
the work authorized by such permit is not commenced within ninety days from the date
the permit is issued.
