In every subdivision where connection to a public wastewater system is practicable
and reasonable, or where a subdivision is within an area proposed to be served by
a public wastewater system as indicated by the current master plan or subsequent amendments
and where such public wastewater projects are listed in the County's six-year capital
improvement program, the subdivider, shall install a complete wastewater system connected
to the public wastewater system or temporary wastewater treatment facility with a
dry wastewater system extended to the entrance of the subdivision, approved by all
governmental agencies having jurisdiction.
