Stop work orders for illegal sewer construction

If any person constructs a public sewer, private sewer or building sewer in violation
of this article, the county may issue an order to such person to stop work in progress
which is not then in compliance with this article, or the county may issue an order
to correct work which has been performed. Such person shall forthwith take such action
as may be necessary to comply with such order and with this article, all at the expense
of such person.
