Any person found to be violating any provision of this article except section 14.20.130
shall be served by the county with written notice stating the nature of the violation.
Corrective measures shall be initiated by the offender within seven days of receipt
of the written notice. Except upon approval of the director of good cause shown and
after receipt of written request for extension of time, all violations shall permanently
cease within thirty days of receipt by the offender of written notice of the violation.
