Credits for expansion study contributions

This section lets an applicant get a credit on the assessment fee if they paid for part of the expansion study and the County hasn't paid them back. The applicant must show proof of payment. The credit can't be given to anyone else.

A. Credit may be given to an applicant if the applicant has made financial contributions to the expansion study and has not been reimbursed by the County. The applicant shall submit to the director documentation to substantiate contributions made to the expansion study. B. The assessment fee shall be reduced by the contributions made. C.
