Which developments are exempt from this chapter

It only applies to developments that got their building permits after January 1, 1989. The exempt developments are county projects, certain workforce housing, churches, and public schools.

This chapter shall not apply to those developments granted building permits after
January 1, 1989 which are:
A.
County housing projects or other County facilities.
B.
Comprised of 100 percent residential workforce housing units, as defined in section
2.96.020 of this code.
C.
Churches.
D.
Public schools.
