Publication of Notices

This section says how certain notices must be published in the newspaper. It applies only to notices that the law requires to be given by publication. The notice must appear in a county-wide paper twice a week for two weeks, with the first printing at least 15 days before the hearing.

Notices to be given by publication shall be published twice a week for two successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the county, the first publication thereof being at least fifteen days prior to the hearing date. (Ord. 801 § 1 (part), 1974: prior code § 25-4.5)
