Council decisions are final

Once the council makes a decision after a hearing, that decision is final. Anyone who could have appealed to the council cannot later challenge the decision based on mistakes or problems the council could have fixed during the process.

All decisions and determinations made by the council after notice and hearing shall be final and conclusive upon all persons entitled to appeal to the council as to all errors, informalities and irregularities which the council might have avoided or remedied during the progress of the proceedings.
