Starting and Finishing the Wailuku-Kahului Transportation Plan

The council shall initiate the development of the Wailuku-Kahului transportation plan
upon the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter. The Wailuku-Kahului
transportation plan shall be completed and submitted to the council within one year
from the date the contract for said plan is awarded to a qualified professional engineer
licensed to practice within the State of Hawaii and shall be incorporated as part
of title 14 , article 4 of this code, upon adoption by separate ordinance.
