Notice required before fire safety inspections

This section says that when work is done that needs a fire safety inspection, the person doing the work must tell the fire official when it's ready. They must ask for the inspection at least three working days before they want it done.

Section 1.7 of the NFPA 1, as amended by the State Fire Code, is amended by amending subsection 1.7.13.1 to read as follows: 1.7.13.1 The AHJ must be notified by the person performing the work when the installation is ready for a required inspection.
