Section 1.7 of the NFPA 1, as amended by the State Fire Code, is amended by amending
subsection 1.7.13.2 to read as follows:
1.7.13.2 Whenever any installation subject to inspection before use is covered or concealed
without having first been inspected, the AHJ has the authority to require that the
work be exposed for inspection. The County will not be liable for expenses entailed
in the removal or replacement of any material required to allow inspection.
