Fire truck road distance to building doors

Section 18.2 of the NFPA 1, as amended by the State Fire Code, is amended by amending
subsection 18.2.3.2.1 to read as follows:
18.2.3.2.1 A fire apparatus access road must extend to within 50 feet (15 m) of at least one
exterior door that can be opened from the outside and that provides access to the
interior of the building. This provision may be modified to 150 feet where buildings
are not more than 1,000 square feet in size.
