Section 42.7 of the NFPA 1, as amended by the State Fire Code, is amended by adding
a new subsection to be designated subsection 42.7.4.3.3 to read as follows:
42.7.4.3.3 The attendant must be able to communicate with persons in the dispensing area at
all times.
