MCC §16.12A.040
Sign rules, fines, and daily penalties for violations
Read the official text at library.municode.com ↗This section says any sign not allowed by the sign rules is banned. People who put up, own, or use such a sign, or let one stay on their property, are breaking the law. Fines range from $100 to $1,000, and each day after a written warning adds a new violation unless the sign is removed.
