Signs in destination areas

If the plan is not approved, the area must follow specific sign rules: two ground signs at main entrances, no permit needed, and directional signs up to 12 square feet. An authorized representative of a destination area may submit a comprehensive sign
plan for the destination area for review and approval by the director. If a comprehensive
sign plan is not approved by the director, the destination area shall comply with
the following:
