Landscape Planting and Beautification Revolving Fund

There is hereby established and created a fund to be known as the "Landscape Planting
and Beautification Revolving Fund." The fines collected pursuant to section 16.13.230 , and for violations of chapter 12.24A of this code, shall be deposited into the fund and are hereby deemed appropriated
upon receipt. The director shall utilize the landscape planting and beautification
revolving fund to further the purposes and goals of chapter 12.24A of this code.
