The Hawaiʻi State Energy Code Amendments to the 2018 International Energy Conservation Code as adopted by the State Building Code Council on December 15, 2020, in accordance with section 107-24, Hawaiʻi Revised Statutes, which adopts, with modifications, the "2018 International Energy Conservation Code" as published and copyrighted by the International Code Council, Inc., 500 New Jersey Avenue, NW, 6 th Floor, Washington, DC, 20001 is made a part of this chapter, subject to the amendments set forth in this chapter.
