What counts as a final plat map

This section defines a 'final plat' as an accurate map made by a licensed land surveyor, following the rules in this title, meant to be officially recorded with the state. It only gives the definition and does not set any other rules.

"Final plat" means a map accurately surveyed and prepared by a registered land surveyor in accordance with the provisions of this title which is designed to be placed on record in the office of the Bureau of Conveyances, State Department of Taxation, or the assistant registrar of the land court.
