Long-term residential development

This section defines what counts as a long-term residential development. It is a home, either single-family or multi-family, where the owner or renter lives continuously for at least six months out of any twelve-month period. This definition is used for other rules in the county code.

"Long-term residential development" means a single- family or multi-family dwelling which is occupied by an owner or lessee for a continuous period of six months or more per continuous twelve month period. (Ord. 1873 § 6, 1989)
