How Lot Width Is Measured

This section defines lot width as the shortest horizontal distance between lot lines, measured through the midpoint of the lot. For flag lots, the stem (the narrow access strip) is not counted in this measurement.

"Lot width" means the least horizontal distance between lot lines measured through the midpoint of the lot.
