The following information shall be included on the preliminary plat: A. Streets showing location, widths, proposed names and approximate radii of curves. The relationship of all streets to projected streets shown on the general plan, or if there is no complete general plan, projected streets suggested by the director to assure adequate traffic circulation in the area; B. Existing and proposed easements, showing width and purpose; C. Lots, showing approximate dimensions, minimum lot size and proposed lot and block numbers; D.
