A.
Within five days after the information required in sections 18.08.040 through 18.08.080 is submitted by the subdivider, the director shall furnish one copy of the preliminary
plat and supplemental materials to the reviewing agencies.
B.
The reviewing agencies shall review the preliminary plat and indicate their approval
or recommendations thereon within the time limit established by the director.
