A.
All lots shall be suitable for the purposes for which they are intended to be sold
and no dangerous areas subject to periodic inundation, in such a manner as to endanger
the health or safety of the occupants thereof, may be subdivided for residential purposes.
B.
All lots within a subdivision must be of adequate grade to support structures for
the intended use of lots, in conformity with current architectural and engineering
standards, and the soil conditions within the subdivision. The director may require
certified reports to confirm the soil conditions and the adequacy of architectural
and engineering design.
