This section requires developers to place approved survey markers at street corners and curves, and to mark all lot and block corners with permanent metal pipes. The markers must line up with state survey points.

Monuments approved by the director shall be placed and properly coordinated with the state survey triangulation stations at all angle points or points of curvature in streets, and at such intermediate points as shall be required by the director. All lot and block corners shall be properly established and marked with one-half inch round galvanized pipe or equivalent and firmly and permanently set in the ground. (Ord.
