Read the official text at library.municode.com ↗This section says how building setback lines (the distance between a building and the property line) are handled in subdivisions. It covers when they must be shown on the plat and when existing structures can keep a nonstandard setback. It also says the County does not enforce setback lines unless they are set by ordinance.
