Pedestrian ways shall be graded to their full width and planted with grass or other
suitable finish as determined by the director. The director may require a four-foot
concrete sidewalk to be constructed in the center of the pedestrian ways. Sidewalks,
where required, shall be constructed to the standard specifications on file in the
department.
