A. The director shall inspect all construction of improvements and other work in any subdivision that is or may come within the director's jurisdiction. The reviewing agencies shall inspect all construction and improvements under their jurisdiction. Representatives of privately owned public utilities such as gas, telephone, and electric companies shall be responsible for inspection of construction and installation of improvements within their respective interests. B. A list of discrepancies revealed by inspections shall be given to the subdivider within a reasonable time after the inspection. (Ord.
