Office of council services is created and staffed

These employees serve as long as the Council members they work for, unless the Council votes to remove them for cause.

A.
There is established an office of council services in accordance with section 3-7
of the charter. The council may provide for a director, deputy director, and necessary
staff.
B.
The term of employment for the director, deputy director, and staff coincides with
the term of office of the council, unless sooner terminated for cause by vote of six
or more members of the council.
