Sending agreement papers to the council

This rule says the mayor must send the county council certain papers within seven days after signing an agreement with another government agency. The papers must support the agreement and be required from the county. It is a narrow procedural rule about what to send and when.

Within seven days of entering into any intergovernmental agreement, the mayor shall transmit to the council all applications and/or amendments thereto, statistical data programs, reports or other official communications which support the application and which are required to be provided by the county or its component departments to any other governmental or quasi-governmental agency.
